Liberty Dinwiddie
My art is representing how we are all trying to be like someone else, like someone we are not. We are all so worried about what others think of us that we lose sight of who we are and we only see the person who we are trying to be. The point of my art is to show people that by being themselves, they can inspire others to be themselves, and maybe even put a smile on someone's face. There is no specific question my art is provoking, but it can make people ask themselves; “How can I make someone smile by being me?” or “What is something that I can say or do that can put a smile on someone's face by being me?” Whatever the case may be, my art can show people to just be themselves and that can put a smile on someone's face, including their own.
