What are your favorite ways to take a break when you’re feeling stress?

My favorite way to take a break when I feel stressed is to either watch a movie or take a nap because it gets my mind off things.

My favorite ways to take a break when I am stressed are listening to calm music, walking and taking deep breaths, sketching something out, playing games on my phone, folding clothes, cleaning, and then there is the last one I have to resort to which is eating sweets or foods.

My favorite ways to take a break when I feel stressed is to workout, watch a movie, or go outside.

My favorite way to take a break is talking to my friends. It can be about anything and it helps me feel relaxed. Baking can also help me relax and I get to have a treat after.

My favorite way to take a break after feeling stressed is jumping rope and doing breath exercises. I feel a sense of calm whenever I do either of these two activities.

My favorite ways to take a break when I am stressed is to get my arts and crafts supplies bins and creative journal and start building and drawing out new ideas to create. Such as centerpieces, flower arrangements etc..

My favorite ways to take a break when I am feeling stressed is to talk to a friend and just laugh with them to get my mind off of what I was feeling stressed about, another thing that I do when I am feeling stressed is to bake cupcakes and being able to decorate them after.

My favorite ways to take a break is to play video games, listen to music, eat some snacks, talk to friends, do some exercise, and much more.
