How can I continue the work XQ is doing in high schools into college? I don’t want to stop advocating for students just because it’s not a high school, so how can we improve college?

The beautiful thing is that you do not ever have to stop doing the work of advocating for students! If you want to support high school students, you can volunteer with a local school or an organization that supports local high students where you attend college. If you’re motivated to improve college, you can join a student organization on your campus or within the city where your campus is located. When I was in college, I volunteered with the Girl Scouts and taught conflict resolution to tweens and teens AND I was a member of my Black Student Union. Before I graduated, I was proud to serve on the SGA as the President of Arts and Sciences and as the Service Chair of my sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. When you enter college, you can join others in the work or forge your path! The future is entirely yours! Good luck!
