#ARTIVISM: These Students Won the XQ Art + Activism Challenge ft. BMike

MAKE ART. MAKE FRIENDS. MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Last month, we partnered with New Orleans-based artist-activist Brandan “BMike” Odums to create a one-of-a-kind learning experience: the XQ Visual Arts and Activism Challenge. 🎨 In this challenge, we called on students ages 13 to 21 to create an original piece of art that amplifies a cause they care about.

Students covered a variety of topics, from #StopAsianHate and #BlackLivesMatter advocacy, to #FemaleEmpowerment and #MentalHealthAwareness. Our challenge winners came from schools across the nation, including PineVille High School, Waltham Sr High School, and Upper Dublin HighSchool.
