Head of School Success, XQ Institute - Sean is the Senior School Success Officer at XQ. Prior to XQ, he served as Senior Director of Schools at Summit Public Schools. Sean led Impact Academy of Arts & Technology for four years where he focused on equity and developed rich student-centered learning experiences. Sean also served as the Principal at MetWest High School in Oakland Unified. He holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from Boston University.
