    Some ways to manage my stress is to exercise, set up a schedule for my work, and to eat healthy.

    There is four ways I manage my stress one of them is listening to calm music without lyrics or singing, second is drawing in my free time, third is stress eating which is common, my last one which is my fourth is doing homework or sleeping.

    I manage my stress by taking part in daily meditations or exercising to get whatever may be bothering me off my mind.

    Some ways I manage my stress is by going outside and getting some fresh air and trying to think positively. Another thing I do to manage my stress is to talk to one of my friends or my parents and tell them how I’m feeling, talking to them helps me feel better.

    Some ways I currently manage different types of stress is I sometimes listen to classical music while reading a book by a window or I meditate with my healing crystals and heal my chakras.

    I manage my stress by finding a quiet and peaceful place where I can take an hour or so to plan or schedule my tasks from most important to least important. This helps me know what I need to take care of first and what needs more time to complete.

    Some ways I manage my stress is by doing arts and crafts since I am a very creative person and I enjoy making things when I am either stressed or just as a hobby of mine. It helps me feel better mentally because it helps me take things off my mind that are stressing me and enjoy what I am doing while being in my creativity zone.
